• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be returned with proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

2. Restocking Fees

• Unopened Box: Subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Opened Box: Subject to an additional 25% restocking fee (total 50%).

3. Condition of Returned Items

• Products must be in original condition and include all parts, accessories, and packaging.
• Used, damaged, or incomplete items are not eligible for a refund.

4. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We do not offer free return shipping and cannot reimburse outbound or return freight charges.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Special-order items, clearance products, and custom-fabricated goods are not eligible for return.
