The Malco Standing Seam Panel Cutter (FSPC) brings production-speed rip cutting to standing seam metal roofing.
Powered by any lithium-ion cordless drill, the FSPC cuts panels at up to 75 feet per minute and leaves a clean edge on both sides of the cut, so both halves of the panel stay usable.
Polymer drive wheels advance the tool through material up to 24 gauge painted steel, 26 gauge stainless, or .032 copper, zinc, and aluminum, while an adjustable fence with 8 in. and 16 in. rails indexes off the panel rib for straight, repeatable cuts with no chalk line.
