2026 Roll Former VS-150 Standing Seam Panel Machine w/ Enclosed 2026 Nitro Trailer

The VS-150 machine is equipped with hydraulic drive and front hydraulic scissors shear, 110 volt – 1 phase power, 40 FPM speed. It produces the 1″ and 1 1/2″ Standing Seam profile and “U-Panels in the base model machine, adjustable width panels of 9″ to 24”. Included is new BLACK Nitro trailer with spare tire, external outlet and front and rear barn-door for easy access and loading/unloading. Also included are  1″ & 1.5″ snap lock dies, digital controller, 1″ & 1.5″ mechanical dies, hydraulic shear and drive, spare tire, easy on/easy off stiffener ribs, aluminum machine riser, and 30″ decoiler. The VS-150 is also a “Multi-Profile” capable piece of machinery forming 7 different profiles in total. From Snap Lock styles to true Board and Batten and Bermuda Roof profiles. The versatility is built into the design of the machine but most importantly the changeover time is anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour. You can purchase these optional dies at anytime!
